Iodine is an essential mineral to humans, as it is involved in virtually all bodily processes. Iodine deficiency is far more common than most realise. Our Lugols Iodine is a mixture of elemental mined iodine and potassium, mixed in the proportion of 1:2, together with our own quad-filtered, steam distilled water.

Please note: Lugols Iodine Solution can easily stain fabrics and hard surfaces. Store in its original, light resistant bottle. Store in a cool, dark, and well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight. Does not need to be refrigerated - Iodine is highly antimicrobial and therefore is mould resistant. Keep bottle tightly closed until ready for use.
